ALYSIAN SAUV BLANC 2016 DCV GRIST VINEYARD
Distinctive green grass, lemongrass and dried apricot on the nose. The light to medium body palate carries wet stone, honeysuckle, white peach and grapefruit impressions. Native cold fermented in 2/3 stainless steel and 1/3 neutral oak barrels for six months. 480 cases produced. Drink now through 2020.
